چکیده
Soccer is an attractive and popular team sport that has high physiological fitness stress, therefore requires special controlled training programs during the season. The aim of this study was to describe weekly average changes in monotony (TM) strain (TS) throughout different periods season professional football players based on number accelerations decelerations, also analyze difference between starters non-starters TM TS. Nineteen from a soccer competing Iranian Premier League (age, 28 ± 4.6 years; height, 181.6 5.8 cm; body mass, 74.5 5.6 kg, mass index, 21.8 1.0 kg/m2) participated cohort study. Participants were divided into two groups time participation competition: (N = 10) or 9). physical activities recorded sessions competitive matches 43 weeks using GPSPORTS systems Pty Ltd. During pre- end-season TS not significantly non-starters, while early- mid-season showed higher than non-starter (p < 0.05). compared end-season. In all zones both variables, experienced change percentages coefficient variation. non-starters. decelerations data fluctuations w-shaped graphs week-by-week survey. These results indicate enough for development players. Coaches should be more careful when designing players, they could consider use game simulation, preparatory match intra-team match, individual programs.

The aim of this study was to quantify the seasonal perceived respiratory and muscular training loads (i.e., sRPEres-TL and sRPEmus-TL) completed by elite-oriented young professional soccer players. Twenty-four players (20.3 ± 2.0 years) belonging to the same reserve team of a Spanish La Liga club participated in this study.
